Quota has a long and rich history of notable women in our community.
Stella Morris Payne (1906-2004)
President 1944-1946. Resident of Fort collins since 1927. She served as the CSU Registrar, retiring in 1965.
Adelia Davis
Adelia served as club President from 1950- 1951 and 1959- 1960. She served as District Govenor in 1951-1952. Adelia was the first woman registered pharmacist in Colorado.
She passed away when she was 101 years young.
Mildred Thornton
Mildred was a longtime member of Quota. She was an executive at the National Seed Laboratory on the CSU campus.
