The Family Center/La Familia has served families in northern Colorado for 30 years and Quota NOCO was honored to have Analia Weber, Development Director as our guest speaker at this month’s September dinner meeting.
La Familia’s mission is based on three “Pillars of Service”.
- Little Nest – El Nidito/Early Childhood Education
- Family Support Services
- Mi Voz/ Leadership & Advocacy
La Familia’s Early Childhood program is proud of the distinction they have worked hard to obtain to become a Colorado Shines level 5 rated early care and education program. They provide a multicultural and bilingual learning environment experience for 75 children each and every day.
Family Support Services is a home and community-based outreach program designed to to support the entire family.
Mi Voz/Leadership & Advocacy is another service La Familia is very proud and dedicated to provide. This aspect of their mission is dedicated to helping families make positive changes in mobile home parks in the North College corridor areas to help to ensure a safe and healthy living environment.
